Do I really have to wear them 20+ hours a day?

Yes — this is the part that makes or breaks results. Aligners only work while they're in your mouth. The general guidance is to wear them about 22 hours a day, removing them mainly to eat and to clean your teeth. If you're someone who'll take them out and forget to put them back, that's worth an honest conversation before you start.

Can I eat and drink with them in?

Take them out to eat, and to drink anything other than plain water. Sugary or hot drinks can warp the trays and trap sugar against your teeth. Always brush before putting them back in.

Are they right for everyone?

What about after treatment?
