How do I verify my coverage?
Call us at (321) 379-5756 with your insurance ID card, or bring it to your first appointment. We'll verify your benefits and explain your coverage before treatment.
What if I'm out-of-network?
If your insurance is out-of-network, we can still treat you. You may be responsible for a larger portion of the cost, but we offer D3P membership and flexible payment plans to help.
Do you file claims for insurance?
Yes, we submit insurance claims on your behalf. We'll handle the paperwork so you can focus on your dental health.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, FSA/HSA funds, and offer financing through Cherry and Sunbit. Uninsured patients can also enroll in our D3P discount plan for ongoing savings.
